Dr. Ebonie is an NHMRC funded early career research fellow at La Trobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre and has completed her Phd in tendon pain, Masters Sports Phys, Ba. Phys (hons) & Ba. App Sci. She is also a titled Sports Physiotherapist consulting at The Victorian Institute of Sport. Current research focuses on combining neuroscience with rehabilitation to bring innovative approaches to pain rehabilitation. She has been highly awarded including Victorian Fresh Scientist 2015, ASICS SMA Best New Investigator 2004, 2013 & 2014, BJSM young investigator Best Clinical Paper 2014 and Professor Mollie Holman medal for best thesis (Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences) Monash University 2015.
